Hi Liz - enjoyed your post on Shackleton's dogs. I am a dog musher (just returned from expedition in Alaska) and author (A Long Way To Nome). I have been working on a book ( A Dog Called Shakespeare) chronicalling the history and experience of the dogs of Shackleton's Endurance expedition.
